Our smoothies pack a Fruity PUNCH along with a healthy amount of protein to help aid recovery post workout!

Core & Stretch
Do not mistake this as a light pilates or yoga session. This 30 min session is lead by ex gymnast Sophia who will be showing you active stretches while working your core muscles hard!
