Kid-Fit at Soph-Fit is the ultimate kids' fitness program in Manchester, designed to inspire children to stay active and develop healthy habits from an early age. LITTLE LIFTERS (5-10 years old)
Sessions are held on a Tuesday 4.30pm & Saturday 10:30am weekly. Please note, if they do not display on the timetable on our booking app it is full.
TEEN LIFTERS (11-16 years old)
Classes take place on Monday & Thursdays at 4:30 PM
Vera's Cafe is available for refreshments while your child trains.
