WHAT DOES THE FIRST SESSION LOOK LIKE?

ARRIVAL & CHECK IN
Arrive 10 minutes early and check in with our front desk. Our team is available to answer any questions you may have about the gym and our workouts. Meet your SOPH-FIT Coach and grab a spot on the gym floor ready to have the best gym experience.
WORKOUT BREAKDOWN
WARM UP
Move through a dedicated coach-led warm up designed specifically prep & prime the body for the workout.
MAIN WORKOUT
The sessions are displayed on the board and will be demonstrated and explained by your coach. You will be then sent away to complete the workout and the coach will be making sure you are doing everything correct and provide quality coaching to get the most out of you.

HIGH FIVES + DEBRIEF!
We have 2-3 minutes set aside between all session times to give you time to share high fives and talk to your SOPH-FIT coach about nutrition, recovery, and anything else that will help you reach your goals faster! You will also be able to question your coach for a little extra time if you feel it is needed.
