Henry and Lily loved their first ‘Little Lifters’ class this morning! Lily is up for most sports and activities and Henry has an interest in Rugby, but loved being active and working out! Sophie created a safe space for children, explained the activities carefully and in an age appropriate way. Was engaging and playful and poured all her energy into it! Henry and Lily made friends, took part in all the circuits and are really looking forward to going again. Keeping our children moving is so important and at their ages (5 and 8) it’s great to begin to embed exercise as an every day part of life. Thank you Sophie and team! Ps. Parents can enjoy catching up in the café with a coffee too whilst cheering on the group!

Great fitness trainers. Really know what they are doing. Work you really hard but it's also good fun and welcoming. Very reasonable and the class sizes are very small. Has made a big difference to my fitness level.
