This class focuses on compound movements and form, providing you with a heavy workout that will have you feeling stronger and more confident. Whether you’re a seasoned lifter or new to the gym, our expert trainers will help you perfect your technique and reach your fitness goals.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
You can book on upto 1 hour before the session. If you miss the deadline and really wish you join then please message the gym on instagram or WhatsApp to see if we can squeeze you in. You have 4 hours to cancel your session. If you require to cancel under the 4 hours, no refund will be given nor another time slot to replace your cancellation. If we for some rare reason cancel the session due to illness, lack of people booked on (2 people or less) then we will reschedule the session. We do not offer a refund on this circumstances as we will give you the session at another convenient time for you when the sessions are timetabled for.
