WHAT IS WHAT

Main Gym 

So-Fit Team Training

Team Training is classes ran by Personal Trainers. Not a generic fitness coach. Our PT's have years of experience combined with high energy attitudes to make you get into a better mood even if you aren't feelin' the gym. 

Session Timetable includes:

​

Monday: Lift - Focusing on the main compound lifts and getting the techniques right while getting a great workout in & burning some energy.

 

Tuesday: Energy - High Energy, here to get you sweaty & energised. e

 

Wednesday: Power -  Working on control & power building to be able to get stronger & more efficient at burning during workouts!

​

Thursday: Build - This session is slow paced & is more about burning energy using heavy weights.

​

Friday: Endure - This session is all about being continuous, relentless and minimal rest through out the hour. Mixed between cardio and weight training. 

​

Saturday: Strong - Weekend Finisher that is divided into 2. Strength phase and Fitness Phase.

Yoga Studio

So-Yoga

These Yoga sessions are challenging for your own ability. If you are someone wanting to start yoga, cool, jump in.

 

Our Teachers are skilled and the yoga sessions are capped so you get good quality coaching and don't feel the pressure from other people in  the classes as there is only 8 of you.. MAX.

Monday: Beginner Yoga with Amy 

WednesdayVinyasa Yoga with Amy & Jordanna 

Saturday: Beginner Yoga with Rachael 

Sunday: Hybrid Yoga with Rachael

Main Gym Area

Squad Training

Squad sessions are Personal Training Sessions in set groups of 6 for those not so confident just to jump straight into a class setting or feel that they need more help than just a training session. 

​

Squads receive nutritional guidance, supportive coaching, FREE strong session and many other perks like events for FREE.

​

If you struggle with nutrition, motivation or accountability then squad groups would be the more beneficial option for you! 

The squads training program gets split up into blocks throughout the year. Eg: 12 weeks - Strength Phase/ Next 12 weeks - Fitness Phase.  This is a strict program with objectives for each squad member to not only achieve weight loss but achieve personal bests and feel their best too!
