Led by Becky, a highly experienced children's fitness coach with 14 years of expertise working with kids in various roles, Kid-Fit provides fun, safe, and effective workouts tailored for young participants.

LITTLE LIFTERS (5-10 years old)
Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30 PM, and Saturdays at 10:30 AM.
TEEN LIFTERS (11-16 years old)
Classes take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 PM.
Vera's Cafe is available for refreshments while your child trains with Becky, and free Wi-Fi is provided if you need to work on a laptop. We do ask that you remain in the gym.
