Wellness Day with FACEGYM.

This event is all about having a well-rounded approach to a self-care routine... including your face!

So-Fit will be doing a 40 min Strong session with you all where we lift & get STRONG. 

So-Yoga will be doing a 40 min Yoga Class about stretching the body to its end ranges.

Followed by that, the room will get split into 2 groups.. where group 1 will have breakfast served in Vera's Cafe & the other will be getting a Facial Workout Master Class by FaceGym.
